Eigentlich schlimm, dass mir das jetzt erst auffällt. Wo ich doch immer predige “Hör doch mal auf den Text!!”.
Ich bin doch sonst so eine Songtext-Fanatikerin… Aber gut. Ich hab grad auf dem Heimweg ein bisschen Musik gehört und grade als ich meine Wohnungstür aufschloss hörte ich folgenden Satz:

Also geschrieben wurde es von Page und Plant. Allerdings gehe ich mal stark davon aus, das Robert Plant hier die treibende Kraft war, da er ein großer Tolkien Fan (wie eigentlich die gesamte Band) war und ja auch zu “Stairway To Heaven” immer wieder (und zwar ziemlich entnervt) zu Protokoll gab, dass dieser Songs sich zu großen Teilen auf Tokiens Werk bezieht und nicht rückwärts gespielt zur Dämonenbeschwörung dienen soll…
Aber wer weiß dass schon… Bei Bands deren Gitarristen in den ehemaligen Schlössern Aleister Crowleys hausen
